Twenty-two guest rooms and a ground-floor lobby finished with textured wallcoverings and micro-cement floors chosen to withstand hospitality-grade traffic without losing a residential warmth. ArtHouse managed the full material schedule so the rooms could be finished and photographed floor by floor as construction progressed.
