Surface preparation: The surface must be uniform, level, dry and clean. Remove existing weak parts and loose layers of old coatings. Smooth out cracks and chips using plaster or putty compounds. Sand the putty with fine sandpaper. Remove dust using a soft brush or vacuum cleaner. Application: 1. Treat the surface with deep penetration primer Primer with a roller or brush. 2. After the primer has completely dried, apply primer-paint Base with a lint roller so that the surface is perfectly smooth. To do this, roll the primer-paint Base in different directions over the surface. After the first coat has completely dried, apply a second coat if necessary. Use a brush in hard-to-reach places. 3. Before application, mix the material Barilievo mechanically. The material is ready for application. 4. Start applying the material from the upper left corner, moving to the lower right. To avoid noticeable joints on the surface, always work on a wet edge, leaving a minimum amount of material around the edges. 5. To create the “Provence” effect, apply the material in small sections with a stainless steel trowel, creating the desired relief pattern, using circular movements in different directions. 6. To create the “Moroccan plaster” effect, apply the first layer with a trowel in a thin, even layer over the surface, without creating a pattern. After the first layer has completely dried, apply the 2nd layer randomly with a spatula, in a thin layer on the peel. Without allowing the material to dry, it is necessary to smooth the surface with a trowel or spatula. When working with the tool, it is necessary to apply a small amount of material to the edge of the spatula with an auxiliary tool. Make the strokes elongated with the plane of the spatula towards the surface, so that uneven edges and points are formed that characterize the “Moroccan plaster” pattern. 7. To create the “sea sponge” effect, apply the first layer with a trowel in a thin, even layer over the surface, without creating a pattern. After the first one has completely dried, apply the 2nd layer with a natural sea sponge using the padding method in areas of up to 1 m². Then, without allowing the material to dry, you need to smooth the surface with a trowel or spatula. When working with a sea sponge, you must first moisten it with water and squeeze it out well. For tamponing, take a small amount of material from the container with the material onto the sea sponge. Remove excess material from the tool using any flat surface, lightly tapping the sea sponge across the surface. Remove excess material from the sea sponge each time it is immersed in a container of material. 8. To enhance the decorative effect, it is recommended to use the following materials as a finishing layer: Perla Vernici, Cera Décor, Pastello Vernici, Seta, Velluto, Fler Deco. Before applying glaze compounds, if necessary, sand the textured base with fine sandpaper to create a smoother surface. Remove any remaining dust using a soft brush or vacuum cleaner. 9.
