If the direction of the finishing pattern is horizontal, then apply the first layer in a vertical direction. Apply the finishing coat after the first layer has completely dried with a trowel. After 5-15 minutes, without allowing the layer to dry completely, use the edge of the trowel to create indentations that imitate travertine stone, holding the tool perpendicular to the surface. After creating the required pattern, smooth the surface of the material with force with a trowel, compacting its structure. “World map” effect: apply the first layer with a trowel in a thin, even layer over the surface. Without allowing the layer to dry, use a finely porous roller, pressing lightly on it, to lift a small “coat”, thus removing unevenness from the first layer. After the first layer has completely dried, apply the second layer locally in islands, reminiscent of continents on a world map. After creating the desired pattern, smooth the surface of the material with force with a trowel, compacting its structure. To enhance the decorative effect as a finishing layer, after the texture has completely dried, it is recommended to apply a glaze compound Pastello Vernici. with a large-pored sponge. Mixing with materials from other manufacturers is not allowed.
