Treat the surface with deep penetration primer Primer using a roller or brush. 3. After the primer has completely dried, apply primer-paint Base with a lint roller, so that the surface is perfectly smooth, without a “fur coat”. To do this, roll the primer-paint Base in different directions over the surface. After the first coat has completely dried, apply a second coat if necessary. Use a brush in hard-to-reach places. It is recommended to tint the primer paint Base half a shade lighter than the topcoat. 4. Before application, carefully mix the material Velluto by hand. The material is ready for application. Applying the material should begin from the upper left corner, moving to the lower right. To avoid noticeable joints on the surface, always work on a wet edge, leaving a minimum amount of material around the edges. 5. When working with the tool, it is necessary to apply a small amount of material to the edge of the trowel with an auxiliary spatula. When applying, try to maintain the same layer thickness without creating texture. 6. To create the effect of matte silk, apply the first layer to the dried primer-paint with a trowel in small areas in multidirectional strokes. Level the material with a trowel at a slight angle to the surface. Apply the second layer in small sections in opposite directions, creating a pearlescent shimmer. To do this, use the surface of the trowel, leaving a small gap between the surface to be treated and the tool, to distribute the material in uniform strokes. It is important that the pattern of strokes of the second layer does not repeat, but “intersects” with the pattern of the first, since the first layer will shine through, creating the depth of the pattern. 7. To create the effect of draped and crinkled fabric, apply the material to the dried primer-paint with a trowel using multidirectional strokes in small areas. Immediately, without allowing the material to dry, begin to form a pattern using the flat of the trowel in a circular motion in different directions. Try to make movements smooth, without pressing hard on the tool. If you need to create a whiter, finer pattern, wait until the material begins to become more matte (dry), but still has the characteristic shine of undried material. At this point, repeat the circular movements described above. 8. Material Velluto can be used as an additional decorative layer on textured materials Decorazza. 9. Apply the material at an air temperature of 15-25 ° C and a relative air humidity of no more than 65%. 10. Mixing with materials from other manufacturers is not allowed.
